Default Building Wheel sets

I want to build a new set of wheels for MY "S/S" (pictured below)

Rear Wheel...I want a red rim w/ white spokes and polished hub w/ single speed free wheel and disk brake and a Panaracer UFF Da! 26x2.3 tire

Front Wheel...I want a red rim w/ white spokes and polished hub w/ no brake and a Kenda Kwest 26x1.5 tire

I don't need TOP of the LINE components....

I am going to run the brake hose/cable(undecided) thru the frame(atleast the "top tube")....

Basically my question is who (local to OC) can help me build up these wheels at the lowest cost....

They only make it in machined sidewall, but you can still use them for disc brake use.

Not too sure where you'll find white spokes though. You may have to get them powdercoated.

I don't know any white spokes mfg. but Marwi makes some colored TI expensive spokes and alloy colored nipples.
