Default crankset

So whenever I am in the middle chainring my chain slips so I guess its time for new chainrings. I figured I might as well get new cranks too.

My question is what cranks are good to get for the least amount of money? Right now I have the basic specialized strong arm cranks. Also, do cranksets typically come with the chainrings too or will I have to buy those separetly?

I don't want to get a cheap crankset, i just want the best bang for my buck!

Get last years Shimano XT M760

I think they do free shipping to the US, I could be wrong. Also see if you can get anywhere close to this price here in the US. Probably going to be 160 here.
