So do the Homers constantly rave about their bikes to make themselves feel better about all that $$ they flushed down the toilet, I mean spent??

Just kidding

I will of course be asking for a Yeti forum.

I really would like a SS forum---that's where all the cool kids would be hangin'.

It's not just Turner, I spent a grip on my Niner RIP. I spend alot of money on bikes but I have never felt I wasted my money, even on my Kona Unit that I sold at a big loss after two months.

Doug, I know you where kiding. My point is that to build a lite bike takes some cash...the frame is only part of it.

not to start a debate with you Justin but can't believe that... you mean to say that the Kona's and Spec are better built and more durable than M3s, UZZIs, DHRs and Highlines. It's a numbers game. The reason you probably don't seem many is probably because of the cost. Strong durable parts aren't cheap either so getting a less expensive frame is probably the way most end up.... not to mention they are pretty good bikes as well. There are a few "Tuders" from MTBR that rock their bikes up there.

Another big factor could be the availability of said brands... more than half way thru 07 and it's only recently that DHRs are showing up at dealers... and as far as I know, not a single 07 HL has made it into anyones hands yet. in 06 only about 150 HL were made. So it's no wonder you may not see alot of Turners up in Whistler and the Shore.
