Looks like there are many posted rides that are not showing up on the calendar.

Here's some examples:

6/3 - EZ Fully Loop Ride

6/5 - Fully Loop Social and Tea Party

The whole RSVP and 'posted thread rides -> calendar' stuff is all interconnected. Still working on a fix.
