total thanks vs thanks earned? what's the difference?
is "earned" related to thanks earned in the course of a post that you originally started? or is it related to the number of "thanks" that you've given out? ![]() ![]()

MtnBikej you are confusing the kid! ![]() Here is what SlowSSer should do.... 1) Review his Total Thanks/Thanks Earned Totals 2) Locate one of "MY" threads 3) Click the "THANKS" button on one of "MY" threads 4) Return to his "Total Thanks/Thanks Earned" Page 5) One of the numbers should have changed Glad to be of service! ![]()

Instead of the raw number of thanks, I believe an "earned value ratio" should be posted under your name.
![]() How about the number of thanks per post you make? That would result in a low ratio for the people that post a lot but don't get thanked, and a higher ratio for those whose posts are less frequent but more "valuable"? I think my own ration would be very low, perhaps below 1. I imagine that Dino's would be >> 1. |
