Default How about adding an Album link on the homepage

I was thinking it may be beneficial to the users of the site if there was a link to the Album on the homepage.

Secondly, a post count of how many pictures are in each album may be good too. That way people can see how many pictures have been posted in a particular trails album. As of now, it just lists the trails and doesn't show anything to the right of how many pictures are in that album. Many of the albums don't have any photos in them and the user doesn't know that until they click and enter that album.

Just some food for thought.....

Album needs a lot of work I think. I dont like how on 'recent public pics', it doesnt show new pictures from sub categories.

I'll look into it.

OK it's still not perfect but a little better.

The little row of recent pics at the bottom of the album now shows recent pics from any of the topiocs and subcategories. Before it only showed recent pics of the 'public' categories which meant a lot of the new pictures werent showing up.

Dont think there's a way to show how many pictures are in each subcategory from the index view, but if you click on the 'parent category' such as trail pics, you can then see the number of pictures in each subcategory.

Ah, thanks for reminding me. I was thinking of doing that after the album got it's 'upgrade.'

Consider it done.
