I know this is kind of last minute but I decided to take Friday off and go for a ride.

(mental health day). I will be hitting up LPQ unless someone would like to show me around Sycamore Canyon. If LPQ, the starting point will be the softball fields off of Black Mountain Road. I will be on a silver Yeti 575. I'd like to be back to the cars by 5:00, so figure on a ride time of around 2.5 hours. Hope to see you out there.

I might be able to make LPQ, but I couldn't be there until around 2:45ish. I will update this thread if I can make it.

I'm taking my new ride out at Cowles Mt. Sunday morning, if anyone wants to join me. Its on the eastern tip of Mission Trails, and its a great "All Mountain" trail.

Duude, I'd be all about it, but my main riding bud has to be back in La Mesa before football starts. Are you down for some LPQ night action next week?
