* Saturday Feb.16th Bootleg Canyon Gazebo (8am - 4pm)

Racing Class: MEN’S : OPEN SEMI-PRO EXPERT SPORT BEGINNER JR. X SUPER-D
WOMEN’S: OPEN EXPERT BEGINNER SUPER-D

Semi-Pro, Expert, Sport, Beginner---18-29 30-39 40-49 50+

Open Class $85.00 ($20 will go to purse)
Semi-Pro Class $65.00 ($10 will go to purse)
All others $55.00 (Saturday and Sunday Shuttles included)
Super-D Downhill (orange course) $ 40.00 (Shuttle for Saturday included)

Super D

Saturday Feb 16th

Practice: 8am-10am
Race: 11:00am, One run only

Super D Course (Orange Flag):

Boy Scout to Girl Scout, behind the restrooms to Middle Lake View right turn down Diva to finish.


Downhill

Sunday Feb.17th

Race: 10:00am
Practice: Saturday 8am-5pm
Practice: Sunday 8am-9am

* 150 racers or less * - All classes: best of two runs
** 151 -200 racers ** - Open: Best of two runs, Amateur: one run only
*** 201 racers or more *** - Open and Elite class: best of two runs. All other classes: one run only

Downhill Course:

Open Course (Pink Flag) Includes Open, Semi-Pro, Expert and Jr. X
-- Armageddon to Ona Lee, turn off to lower Ginger

Amateur Course (Yellow Flag) Includes Sport, Beginner, and Jr.
-- Snakeback to Sidewinder to Snakeback cutoff to Diva Finish


Shuttle Only Saturday 8am- 5pm $20.00

Awards Ceremony: Post race at Bootleg Canyon including Race Party, Swag Giveaway, Raffle and Live Music!!

Super D at Bootleg sounds like it could be pretty KILLER!!

Race the Amateur course (I always do). Expert at Bootleg is not the same as expert level courses that we in Socal are used to!!! Oh, and there is also Super D!!!!!

Note: This is not a NORBA/USAC race, so you don't have to race the category on your license!!!

Its really not hard at all, if you havent ridden it before or at race speed, focus on the difficult sections and follow someone you know and trust.


I'm hopefully going to go if I can find a ride, this should be a good race, unlike fontana, actually challenging and gnarly. If I go I'll probably race jr.x so I get the fun course.

Ok, I guess, maybe go and sign up for sport but ride the expert course a few times, maybe following denmother and if you get it down then switch to expert.

Yes, camping in the parking lot is free! We are going up early Saturday morning.

Won't be able to make this one after all. 22 stiches in the forearm and no riding for 12 days. Everyone have fun on my behalf. We'll be there for the next race on St. Patrick's Day!
