Default Slow ride??
I'll be in the H.B./ Newport area this afternoon. I need to get out and be on a bicycle. My ankle is a little jacked right now(thanks Andy) so just lookin for a mellow ride. Mtn or road is fine!! I won't be too slow...

Hugh was simply climbing a route and when it was time to jump off he landed with only one foot on the matt. The other was on the floor. It rolled.
