Hoping to ride this Saturday morning

If the rain lets off tomorrow and we are blessed with some solid sunshine wed, thurs, and fri I really want/need to ride Saturday morning. [-o<

So, who's down for a Saturday ride? I'm guessing the "parks" may be closed still. If thats the case, I'd like to do Santiago Truck Trail, and probably go a couple miles past the Luge, depending on the trail conditions.

Whoever is down, post on this thread and we'll get a group together and do this.

I'll be riding on Sunday morning, probably going all the way to Old Camp and back down the Luge. If anyone can't go Saturday and wants to join me Sunday morning I'll probably start around 8 or 9am.

i want to go all the way to old camp too, i can't wait to see how much water is flowing in the creek up there. i may have to buy a disposable camera to take photos.

I've got a few ridding buddies who are willing to shuttle me up to the top since I have to be at work at 11:00 Saturday morning, so I'll be riding there. Then again, you could ride that place during a rain and you would be find 97% of the way down!

I kind of want to take my digital camera but I'm afraid it'll get ****ed up. I do have a new disposable though . . .

So last night . . . I had a dream that I was riding with some ppl in mud. Jumping and fast downhills. I woke up with a smile on my face. Now I know that I really need to get out there!

9:30 @ cooks it is! i got me a front fender, hopefully it will keep the mud specs from pelting me in the face this time, as well as keep my bike a lil' cleaner.

Oh man, that guy ruined all the surprises now At least we know to slow down before the bridge! The creek at Old Camp was just some standing swamp water last time we were there.

Man it was hot going up to Old Camp yesterday. When we started it was chilly but as soon as we got to the gate FIRE! STT held up really well except for a couple puddles but the Luge was really soggy in a couple spots, I feel kinda bad for going down. Me & FXRob portaged the really bad part.
