Great reminder, Craig! Justin and I usually leave a few bucks each time we are there.

Also, don't forget they have a sweet DJ/play area for post shuttling

I am still planning on going, although there is a chance that I may not be able to. Unfortunately, I won't know until the Friday afternoon.

For those in need of armor, I have a Dianese upper body suit. I bought it near the beginning of the year. I swore it fit when I bought it, but by the time I went to wear it, it was too small (or really, I got too large). It's either a L or XL, but I would like to sell it to recoup some of my costs. If anyone is interested, I can bring it with me to Bootleg. I think I paid about 180 for it, but I'll let it go for 80ish - my loss, your gain!

Does anyone have a good map on how to get to the Bootleg parking lot? Their website doesn't have any useful information that I could find.

I had a problem finding it last time I was there... I'd call All Mountain Cyclery for directions (I don't remember them myself). Hope you can make it, you can check out the setup on my new bike (don't know if I have understeering issue on this one yet).

After riding my BMX bike and my singlespeed, I can assure you that I will have understeering issues until I adapt to my DH bike! (which usually takes a couple days of riding)

Default Rooms at the Hacienda ...

Anyone interested in splitting a room at the Hacienda on Saturday? I just booked one with 2 queen beds, it would cost ike $40 for the night.

Is the parking lot off of Yucca?

I remember it was the Dainese Summer Suit, but I can't find it doing a search. I got it at Cycle Gear around Spring of this year, so I assume it's a 2007 or maybe a 2006 model. I don't have any pics yet; it's just been hanging in my closet since I got it. I'll try to bring it, anyway.

so who is in line for riding the xc side while we are up there??

i figure if there is a group we could start throwing around ideas and plans for the day....

my plan is to scout out some riding for a lower skill level group (aka family members) for a future trip.

also, night ride saturday night?? xc, shuttle??

My gf is interested in going, but she's only a beginner (but with elbow pads and knee pads!), but we are really unsure of what there is to offer her for beginner XC rides where she could ride with a group while I'm playing on the DH trails. Since we're unsure if there is really anything for her to do, she will not be going this time. If there are some good beginner XC trails there for her, she may go on a future trip.

Depending on how I feel after riding all day, I may still be game for doing a night DH shuttle. I will bring lights (note to self: charge lights).

I'm in for the XC side, and down for a Saturday night ride. I also know a really long, really sweet run we can try out, its somehting like Girlscout to Boyscout to IMBA to POW... I'll check the map.

[FONT=Arial]In addition to Lee, if we get our new 661 armor before this weekend, we'll be selling our Fox Launch suit flak jackets.

Mine is a small, Justin's is x-large.
