there's a number for the ranger station that's pre-recorded to tell you if it's open or not...just called aliso and they're still closed soooo it might be safe to say that el morro is still closed?

Open / Closed ?
Aliso & Woods canyon is closed; Laguna Wilderness is closed, but El Moro / Crystal cove is open. The lady I spoke to said it was closed yesterday but today the conditions are not too bad (she had a ride report already). If I ride, obviously I'll watch out not to create ruts and will walk around areas if needed....

it's open. i hit it earlier today for quick lap. Condition were fine. have fun.
even had a Hans Rey sighting atop fenceline
