Dang, bad timing on that epic ride. I was looking forward to it - had heard about it from Gene. Unfortunately I've got family in town that weekend, the Warriors beach party, a soccer game and a birthday party that night. I don't think I can squeeze a 35+ mile ride into that schedule. Thanks for putting it together and hopefully I can make the next one,

John

Oops.....forgot one coming up quickly also.

Oct 2nd (Tuesday) is the Blackstar Night Ride. It will be staging from the Blackstar Staging area on Blackstar Canyon Road, and will go through the Irvine Ranch Wildlands area behind the gate. Should be 12 to 15 miles at a non-hammering pace, but there is climbing along the way similar to the ride to Beeks. Maybe a section or two that I will probably be walking on the SS. If you have not been behind the gates on the Irvine Ranch Wildlands side of the Blackstar area; come out for this one!

See ya on the trails.

Same pre-registration site as listed above.

Thanks for setting these up. The Bommer Canyon ride on 9/8 was a blast.
