Starting at MILF at 6am, up Cholla, down Lynx, back up Cholla to top of the world..should be able to hook up with Duan's crew for a bit by then....

you cant miss it canyon vistas ends at a "T" the park will be on the left hand side.

Great to see all the new faces this morning at 7am, pretty impressive and I counted 24 with the crew waiting at the bottom of Cholla.
Good riding with Rachel, Scott, Nam, Jason, Flash- Alan, Bon and all the others.
Sorry I had to roll at Meadows but I had to get to work since I had the keys to open up!

I was stoked i cleaned cholla today with no stop just a dab because a couple of riders were hauling down cholla

I'd like to set this up kinda like a fully loop ride; leisurely ride on saturday morning south oc style then maybe grab brunch/lunch afterwards?

10:30 a.m. and we started late and you cleaned Cholla. Julia rode down Cholla for the first time today. I said ride slow because of so many people - I'll be right behind you 20 seconds later no sight of her.

Let's ride again soon.

Great group of guys and girl to ride with! It was really cool to meet and ride with you all. Extra specail thanks to mountian biker fred and kentonn for charging back up dripping cave to coyote on the way back with me. That was the icing on the cake.

Great ride! I actually didn't know we were doing a warm up lap until after it was over with. Although I'm glad! because today was the longest I've ever ridden and still felt good enough to go again. Thanks Neil.

Also great meeting new faces although I have already forgotten most.

I actually did pretty good.... I still needed to rest a few times, but actually got some decent saddle time in.... Doing Cholla first kinda killed me and I was feeling I was done for the day, but once we hit the top, I gain some energy back and rode on....

I did have a slight hint of having to throw up but as long as I eased up it would go away....

Once we hit top of the world and proceeded towards Meadows, I felt pretty damn good...

Sounds like a great morning, and I'm bummed to have missed it. Props to all who conquered new trails today.

Hope this becomes a recurring deal - I will definitely join in and would be happy to ride sweep (I know the park well enough to offer to lead, but am far too slow for that!)

Neccross you did great man even the day after your bday! you pushed yourself and you did great, your riding will get better just getting out is half the battle!

As for future rides, I really want to make this a recurring saturday morning ride. Because I do it almost religiously so why not have more STR members along to enjoy the morning. So that's what i'll do keep a recurring ride every saturday morning. This is going to be cool!
