Anyone care to join me for a battered body beach ride on either the 8th or 9th Sept?
I promise to be cracking along at a heady 10mph pace and I'll be using the mountain bike not a road bike.

I was thinking either Sunset beach through Huntington to Newport and back or Redondo to Santa Monica Pier and back. Anytime of day will do really.

I'm in! I'll sport the 5 spot too. Not even in 110mm mode - I'll crank it to 140mm and no propedal

im down...i will sport propedal but will leave the 140mm with compression fully loaded.

i vote for a santa monica session, would be cool to see some new scenery.

Sounds like some support for the Hermosa to SM thang then.
How about meeting at Hermosa Pier and heading out from there. Food at SM Pier then back to Hermosa for a beer? (and some painkillers!)
8th would be better as the Path sale is the 9th?

My sister lives next to the beach in Redondo so I may start from there if we pick Redondo to SM...

I got a plan if we decide on HB.... free parking on Magnolia and Banning

Then you can ride to Sunset and back then hit NB if you want or start there and head towards Laguna..

That sounds like fun I will have to see if I can even ride a bike for more than 3 minutes though.
I'm messed up bad.
I'm going to get a MRI and some PT soon. I want to ride for sure
Keep me informed about the ride I want to try to do it.
