Truer words were never spoken. When it comes to biking, you have to purposefully go after the pain. When it comes, embrace it an love it and know that it is making you stronger. I am far from a great rider, but I have learned to push through and past the first few "Oh my god I have to stop" thoughts that come rushing through your head when you are hurting on a hard climb or a fast pace. Only by pushing yourself will you ever get better.

I'm pretty excited. I took it out in the dirt by my house, and it felt great. Definitely the right choice. Now I just need to figure out how to get it dialed in. I'll try and take some more pics (kinda late now).

Work is pretty busy, but I may be able to make the Friday ride.

Swweeeet rig. Make sure to launch it off the rock doubles down Bobcat on Sunday. I'll be there in spirit as I'm riding the Daley 20 but starting around 8. I gotta be at work by noon. Look for some "Trail Henges" that I'll leave as a hello/good ride offering.

Not yet, with the exception of around the house. I'm hoping to get a short ride down at PQ Saturday morning to test it out before Daley on Sunday. I wanted to head out today, but work is just too busy to escape.

Chargers opener starts at 1 PM and I hate watching games on TiVo. I am planning on hitting Daley early so I might be finished when you guys show up or I might be on my second lap when you start your first.

I need to know if I can hang at Nobel so I can't miss this ride. But I will need to start earlier so I can make it home for the game. You got church I got Chargers...

Anyone want to join me at 8-9 AM with a goal of being done by 12 or 1?

That works for me. I have been meaning to get out on a ride with you some time. I ride slow so I'm sure I will fall behind but it would be a good motivator for me to try and keep up.

It would also be cool to meet mtbcat, who I have also not had a chance to ride with yet. I'll post an RSVP for an 8 AM ride time.
