They are on private property...soo, legality is an argument in court (no posted signs, etc...). Not gonna stop me though

I spoke with a Rep from the SDMBA a few weeks back. The trails are on private property, but the owner has elected to turn a blind eye on MTBing for the time being, as long as no more alterations or construction pop up. However, I heard the land may be changing hands by the end of the year.

Pacman- I think I'm riding La Costa Saturday morning.
