San Diego: Florida Canyon Tuesday at 6:00

I'm going to do 2-3 laps around Florida Canyon, Tuesday the 28th at 6:00. If youve never ridden there, you'll be surpised at this 100% singletrack loop in the middle of the city. We'll meet at the Fountain in Balboa.

BTW: If no one RSVPs "yes", I won't go to the fountain.... so RSVP. See 'ya out there. -Brendan

jon- I'll be riding the 6 incher there too , I only have one (functioning) bike. I don't know the mileage, I don't have a computer. But I plan on going around the loopage 2-3 times, should be a descent workout. Some kids have been building jumps out there too, if your into that sort of tom-foolery.

Let me know if your hitting LPQ next week; I'd do that instead (I work in Del Mar). BTW, I assume your the Jon Socal from MTBR, who was berated for mentioning the blessed "Tunnel Trails" in a public forum?

Yeah, I am the one that Ray Dolar took to task regarding the Tunnel Trail. It is funny how he won't let that thread die though.... Anyhow, I try to ride PQ/DMM at least once a week. I also try to get out to Sycamore once in a while too. I should know about tonight around 4:45pm. I have an appt with a cust at 4pm. I'll pm my contact info.

Congrats on the new j.o.b.! I was thinking of going there real quickly tonight but may just hang out and try to ride with EvilChocula. (My appt is re-sched for tomorrow.) I am a big fan of BB. The people there have been fantastic to me over the years and they have garnered all of my larger purchases and many of my smaller ones too. One of my closest and dearest friends works there. I will have to stop in sometime when you are there too. I'm glad I could help you finding the tunnels. Hopefully you have been able to enjoy them as much as I have. Hit me up anytime you are up for a ride. I'm getting back into the groove of things nowadays and have been making more time to ride. I am now working out in East County, but I am an outside sales guy, so I can usually get out to ride a couple of times a week around 5-5:30pm. (Didn't you owe me a beer??)
