San Diego: Sunday afternoon La Costa run 'round 4:00

hey guys- I'm going to make at least one black diamond run Sunday afternoon, around 4:00. I'm flexible on the time, if anyone wants to meet a little earlier or later. I'm also getting my climbing legs back, so if your not in the best shape, have no fear. If you are in the best shape, I give you permission to verbally abuse me, in order to kick my @$$ into shape.
