I'll be riding La Costa this Thursday around 5:30 - 6:00, probaly finish in an hour.

There's two options: one is technical, with drops, whoops, a road gap, doubles, etc.

the other is smooth, bermed, fun and not very technical.

I can be persuaded into either. Cheers!

PS I'm not currently in the best climbing shape; that could be good or bad, depending on your climbing abilities.

I have Taekwondo taking up my Thursday nights-- I gotta train to protect myself from the Karate Monkey--otherwise I would be there!! We need to do this on a weekend sometime!!
