I'll be heading up early Friday (3:00 A.M.) so I can get another day of riding in, anyone else going up early? I know there were a few, P.M. me if you want to hook up and ride Friday morning.

I also have some other friends that are going up and some people bailed on the Condo (at least 2) that they have reserved so they might be looking to fill some spots to make the price cheaper for them. I think it was about 120 a person for the two nights. You could P.M. Cupless or Slowpoke about info and tell them you heard about it from me.

I've been skiing at Mammoth (many, many years ago), but I've never ridden there. For biking, do the lifts only start from only the main lodge, or do they start from multiple base locations? This leads me to ask where is a good meeting place on Saturday morning? And what time?

lee they only run the main gondola. some runs end far away from main. ie. flow, DC10, pipeline, those are all a good walk away from main.

Main Lodge, 8:30am. Lifts open at 9:00. The earlier you get there, the better parking spot you will get!!!

The Adventure Center opens at 8:00am so you can get your lift ticket, shop, go potty, get a map, etc........

Might have more time for then riding. Riding on that ice covered ground can be super slippery. Check with Footloose up there to find the best tires for the conditions.

Studs are for ice, you need a ski on the front fork.

SNOW at the main lodge (7 AM).

See it live.

You might consider other equipment.

I snapped these just now. The village cam shows no snow! from the foot prints in the ground I'd say theres at least 2 inches at McCoy Station
