Heading up to Big Bear with familia Sat/Sun for some R&R.

IF I can convince my wife to allow me to bring bike i was hoping to sneak away for a ride or two. Prob just XC riding (maybe grandview loop and/or area 51).

Unfortunately, I anticapte will not know what's up on my side until end of week, but anyone heading up there this wknd and want to hook up if i get hall pass?

The family will be up Sat & Neil will be up that evening -after work - hit him up for a ride...He let me do all the riding this past weekend..

Ditto on the Snow Summit ride. I was planning on playing on Pine Knot and Plantation over at the far west end of the mountain. Not sure if I'm going to use the lifts or just climb.

Yes, I'm there! Already planned trip, Thus / Fri / Sat - riding Fri and Sat.

Hopefully will meet up with a few of the STR's.

Just be kind when flying past me on the DH's.

Look for the Ventana El Terremoto in grey/green.

The Meteor shower is going to be great to see from up there...good weekend to head up....

Nice find, Shu! I'll be camping somewhere off 395 on my way to Tahoe the 11th, so no BB for me. I'll be watching the same sky that night, however. And a new moon, too? Score!
