Anyone riding in San Diego this weekend?

My sole riding buddy is heading back east for the weekend, and seeing as I have a propensity for stupid face plants, maybe this is a good weekend to meet some STR peeps!

I've been riding Cowles Mt off the 8, and La Costa in Carlsbad since it got hot, but I'm really open to anything (that isn't 'epic', I can't take 3000' ascents in the heat...and I'm not in the best riding shape right now).

I'm down for that TW ride, but I thought it was off due to the controversy?

Yeah, I thought that area is "fenced off?" If so, then isn't riding there trespassing and disrespectful to the private land owner?

Ugh. Almost any other weekend would be great, but this weekend would be tight to fit in a ride.

I'm up in North County and would be down for riding whenever though...

Aside from TW on Saturday, I'll be SS'ing Lake Hodges on Sunday afternoon. I plan on getting there around 3PM and riding the North side until BJammin gets there around 5:30 and we will then probably hit the south side.

I might be down for that... I havn't ridden Hodges since my buddy shattered his clavicle into five pieces a few months ago there. I'll talk to you at TW.
