Trust me...there's a lot more things I'd rather be doing than having to ride fence lines, and spend 30% of my time repairing fences and replacing valdalized signs. But I rarely see riders getting near as vocal about these types of riders as they do about the managers who have to deal with them. Prior to the warning about me patrolling the area, I didn't see much to be concerned about in the post. IMO there's nothing wrong with shuttle runs....it's just another aspect of our sport; and there's trails locally that seem to be able to support it. Nothing spectacular or long, but still some nice short technical trails that are shuttle worthy.

[quote]I know many of you see the land managers and land owners as an evil empire;[/unquote]
On the contrary Adam, Many of us believe the other way around, that it's idiots like those shown who are doing our sport a disservice. Most of us know the land managers are not the problem. If you were to take a general consensus, you'd find over 80% of people in agreement with you and others who help maintain our trails.

Last weekend we were recovering from our 2 week road trip to Whistler. We ended up riding the DH trails in BB on the trail bikes with friends who were shuttling with their big bikes. Roger had some holdups while building the Socom, had to get a new e-13 and still waiting on Saint Cranks. Hopefully they will come in today and he can ride it on Sunday. ![]()
