My 14 year old son informed me last night that we should see the Bourne Ultimatum tonight and do the Beeks ride Saturday. Nice of him to keep me in-line....

No, It's one of the easiest Climbs in Saddleback, A lot of riders will be doing single speed, I would, but I'll need a geared bike so I can go from front to back to front and so fourth to take pictures. RSVP if you haven't already. Thanks for joining us, It'll be fun!

Matt, There may be a couple that will continue on to the Motorway. My friend Rich(steamrolen) was talking about doing the same thing. Hope to see you tomorrow.

Not too steep - it's middle gearable or SS'able. Just a bit long (9 miles?).

You have good hearing.

By the way, I told my wife that the people I am riding with will be towing beer up the hill. Her answer? "Sounds like your kind of riding."

My kind of riding indeed.

Awwww, I'd offer up my 11 yr old to babysit, but she still needs to take the class (she's dying to learn CPR and all to start sitting) and I wouldn't feel comfortable being so far if she needed anything on her first sitting experience. Maybe we can help out next year, when she's older

I love offering my daughter for slave labor; next week she's off to camp to learn to make wallets, if she makes enough, she may be home for Christmas Okay, not really slave labor camp...

A couple of newbie Trail Angels will be coming as well--this will be a HUGE ride!

Ohh I want a wallet. Are these originals or replicas, I hear there is more money in the knock offs! Good thing you are starting her off early while her hands are still small enough to handle the small tools they use.

See ya tomorrow!

Thanks, but I figure the tags will just fall off, unless it's stuch to your helmet which mine has too mant vents to put stickers on. Proper intros should do.
