Altadena Naked Crow Mtn Bike Challenge.
A seven year process that finally will take place in the foothills of Altadena. Open to the general public (ONLY 300 riders) with a full food/BBQ and FREE in park concert by Snotty, Scotty & the Hankies w/ .
Money will be raised for 3 charities;
Pasadena's Ronald McDonald House
Altadena's Meals-on-Wheels program
Lance Armstrong Foundation

Sure would be nice if we knew more about it, like route, distance, age classes, etc. Web site is really lacking in information. I doubt they'll get much of a turnout with that kind of advertizing or more like lack of advertizing.

I thought the same thing Mike. However, the prize purse for the Elite class is more than you get for winning a NORBA national event.

Mikie, if you click on the registration link, it will take you to Active and you can at least see the age classes there. Not much other info though.

Friends of my wife hired that band 3 years in a row to play at their block-party in pasadena... they were pretty darn good.

TELL me they don't run that race naked? that it's just the name of the trail or something...

Geez, I'd have to race against guys that are 40 years old? Even with Mario blocking for me that'd be real tough.
