Default Daley Ranch

Attention all you San Diego and lower Riverside county peeps--not to exclude you OC or LA riders, but I doubt it's worth the drive:

I'm hitting Daley Ranch this Saturday at 9:00 if you want to join me. I have family obligations in the afternoon, so start time is 9 AM sharp. I'll probably arrive at the trailhead around 8:30 so I can be ready to go on time. I'd like to do 2 loops. If you only want to do 1 loop, that's cool too. You can bail after the first, or show up around 11:00 and join me for the second.

Pace will be moderate (of course). My route is 12 miles and close to 2,000' of climbing per loop.

Directions: You need to get to I-15, how you do it is up to you. Head to Escondido and exit El Norte Parkway. Head east and go about 4 miles to La Honda Ave, or just follow the signage. Trailhead parking lot is at the very end on the left.

It is worth a try.... It will have to be the right ****ing gear

The funny thing is that the knee is in better shape then the RIP... I bent the rear rotor something fierce on the rocks... The knee feels great

And did i mention Walking

you could have tried out my SS at SART if I had known...

there are a few options to get lower gears but mine was down there on gearing, 32:22.

if you want to try it out some time to get an idea of what the SS thing is about you are welcome to it, although we may need to swap seatposts because i don't have freakishly long legs...

can't wait to see what you come up with for a SS man... should be purdy!

Since everyone is busy, I'll be saving myself an hour of driving (round trip) and riding in Fallbrook instead. 12-13 miles, 1,500" of climbing. (760)822-8570 if you're interested.
