Anybody have a loaner they'd be willing to part with for a couple hours on Thursday? I still don't have my bike and it's unsure when I'll get it back. I'm 5'6" so preferably something on the smaller end.

George, I have a few bikes I could loan you, pick one:
Intense 5.5 Intense 6.6 Intense Spider Intense Spider 29'er - may be a little big I'm working on getting the Rocky Mountain Demo Fleet built too, but it won't be out for a few weeks yet. Are you going to make it out for two laps??

I will probably ride 2 laps but, it depends on how hot it is.

I was wondering if we would be entirely nuts if we did the first lap backwards? I know there gets to be a crowd there about five -OR- what if we did the second lap in reverse, just to shake things up a bit.

I'm stuck at work late this week(until about 6:30), so not enough time to head home, gear up and hit the trail. The other thing, is this week there is a GREAT Latin band playing at the farmer's market, so we may hang out there, get some munchies and dance, maybe hit up the beer garden

Just another slacker.

Stadium Tavern? I was there last night for about 15 mins. Ordered my drink and waited and waited and waited....finally I threw my money down for the drink and left. Service sucked but I'm sure it's probably different cause that place is always packed.
Oh yeah, it didn't help that the place seemed like a good joint to get food poisoning. They need to do a better job cleaning. Ended up at the Slide Bar. Much better and the food was great. Nicest punk rock girls I've ever met (waitresses). BTW, I'm not opposed to giving Stadium Tavern another shot. The waitress we had last night just sucked balls. |
