While those pianos at Rockin' Taco are oh-so-charming, I am a creature of habit and vote for Roscoe's. Here are my Top 10 Reasons Why I Vote for Roscoes (ala David Letterman):
10. I am a creature of habit (and repetitious at that). 9. We can usually manage to cram the group at contiguous tables. Somehow. 8. The girls and guys that work there are super nice. 7. The food comes fast. About 200 times faster than it does at Stadium. 6. Splitting a sandwich with someone is very cost-effective. 5. I forgot 5. 4. The bands that play there are pretty entertaining. The crowd's interaction with said band is also entertaining. 3. Money saved due to #6 can be applied to more alcohol if desired. 2. You can show up all dirty and it's no big deal. 1. Because I say so! |

SAR - please take SJ out!!!
At first I thought the voodoo candles on Pakiha Hill were the cause of the carnage. Tonight I felt the SJ ghost. Took the wife for her third mini-Loop. On the way back we stopped at the little garden right by our normal first stop. Mr. Gardner was cool and gave us 5 healthy Roma tomatoes. Then the ghost of SJ floated across the valley. I took two very easy pedal strokes and my back tire EXPLODED! I think Mr. Gardner may have left some fertilizer in his shorts after the BOOM. SAR - IMMOBILIZE THE ENEMY ![]() |
