Wow, thanks fat guy for the fat guy comment, fat guy...I do believe you are also on the "fat side", but hey, at least I don't run sweeper or need gears to keep up! It must be my fatness that keeps those pedals turning!
Looks like someone is going suffer saturday on the shop ride, and I don't mean woobie!

I'm curious, Neil. What did that flask weigh, maybe .26 lb filled? Capacity around .26 l? Thread pitch of the cap about 26 TPI? Cost around 26 bucks? "Surly" logo engraved at 26 font? Thought so. Makes perfect sense, really.
Dell, I was hoping he would not notice but oh well, you are 100% correct!
Great ride last night Dell and thanks for "not moving" after truck driver Andy performed his jack knife on the dusty downhill!

Glad everybody could see me.

It was a lot of fun, almost as much fun as my wedding night.

Hey guys sorry I missed your ride last night I got to the Loop earlier and rode with Peter, and well lets just say I was kinda of tired after riding with Pete and yes I will admit it taking a endo on the last downhill of the trail. Its funny that trail kind of sneaks up you because it's not all that technical and well I kind of took for granted and ate it. Thanks Peter for waiting for me and showing me around. I am David I met some of you's last night.

I'm so rude, I think you were parked next to me and I didn't ask who you were riding with. I remember you telling us about your fall.

Huh?! Didnt you ride with Sarah, Michael and I? I thought your name was Adam too?! Clearly exhaustion must have been getting to me?
Nice going on your first ever lap of the loop though.

Good times last night, not sure whether Jose has some heavy connections at Roscoes or what. I ordered my BLT (without the B but with Peanut butter ) and the guy said he didnt want paying! Nice! and hey there wasnt some guy there playing Lionel Richie at 110dBA (always a bonus!)

Light charger? Andy, shouting out "Single speed, pulling a BOB, coming through. Single speed, pulling a BOB, coming through" didn't have a light either. Poor excuse bub.

Thanks for the pics. I got ahead of the group because I didn't know what to expect with the BMX gearing. Turned out it wasn't so bad and I ended up trying to stay ahead of a guy with an orange & black jersey on a red Specialized (STR member?). We both got flats by the lake. Anyway, I got a lot of questions from other non-STR folks riding the loop and plenty of strange looks from the walkers/joggers.

I'm up for another attempt -- maybe I have to get my own BMX.

You will have to do it again, you know. You promised me a 1-1:05 finish on that bad boy. Nice pics!

Thanks for the drinks Andy and Jose! Andy, you so rule. Remember, you're toting me on the back of that thing next time!

Great job David. Hope to see ya on more rides!

I think I might need a Rockstar and a New Castle beforehand to accomplish that.

I find that the combo of Rockstar and Sierra is like rocket fuel
I'm turning myself into a test guinea pig this weekend and am going to try 'blue' Rockstar and Sierra. Going to wear a full face helmet jsut incase!

I follwed the 3 wise men to Heroes (Del, Brett and Nam) but getting there I found that there was no room at the Inn. Turned out Del had knocked up Sarah (Not Sauce Sarah ) The 3 had brought gifts of sandwiches, beer and Don Juelio. The whole night was like some biblical epic, man I wish it was Jesus birthday every Thursday!
