Rode the loop today at lunch and the sign was "mysteriously" taken down....
It's pretty fresh just past the sign but the path is still there.

OK well the advance party will be taking it quite easy so you wont be needing to bring your A game today.
I'll be around in a red Focus with loud music playing - probably God Save the Queen or something.

Today is a leg rest day but reading all these posts made me say screw it....I'd rather ride. I've been out of the riding business to long and need to catch up. Makes me a much happier girl. I may start earlier but I'll be out riding! Wheee!

Nice to see so many people out. Didn't quite make it all the way around the loop on the BMX. I got a rear flat at the lake and had to make a bee line for the parking lot. On my next attempt (assuming Sauce lets me borrow it again) I'll have to take a tube and a couple of wrenches since that bike doesn't have quick releases.

good times tonight bubbs. gabe, that "extra credit" was ghey, for those who didnt go on it, we rode up a hill, hopped a chainlink fence, dropped in a short steep section over a black tarp....at least i rode it, unlike the birthday boy whom was skurred to, lol. it was fun passing the beers around at each regrouping, and then as soon as you handed the beer off to the left, a flask was coming from the right! afterwards a few of us hit up roscoes and we somehow scored 3 free sandwiches, tasty times!!! i think neil and shecky snapped some photos. andy was an animal, doing some sweet urban freeride with the bob trailer, maneuvering along curbs and bunny hopping. neil had a sweet basket with some sweet tunes rockin'. looking forward to next week!

I wish I had known! I was carrying a wrench for my bike.
I can't believe you took that all the way to the lake. Amazing.

Another great ride. Lots of laughs.
I love the mirth factor. Happy Birthday guys!

Good times as always, everybody. Happy Birthday to the Playa, fo sho. A brother could get used to the Don Julio, yo. Stylin' Surly flask, btw--nicely done, Clyde.

I'm curious, Neil. What did that flask weigh, maybe .26 lb filled? Capacity around .26 l? Thread pitch of the cap about 26 TPI? Cost around 26 bucks? "Surly" logo engraved at 26 font? Thought so. Makes perfect sense, really.

Hey, looks like you guys had a blast. I'll be working real hard to make it next time(that is, I'm sure there is a next time, right?). Neil, it was great talking to you today, I mean yesterday). That basket completes the bike, and Andy again with the B.O.B. Looks like a huge turnout once again. Great Pics!
