If I go, I'll be ready to be picked up between the Indian Truck Trail exit and the Temescal Canyon exit on the 15. Anybody?

This might help some people out:

37696 State Highway 38, Angelus Oaks, CA 92305

Google map that, and scroll east a bit and you'll see the parking lot I believe everyone is talking about. It's a 2 hour drive from where I live in LA!!

I'm leaving from Hemet and will have 2 others with me, leaving room for one more if anyone wants the spot.

Ben--where do you want to meet up so I can follow you??

if you can, bring real food... dean, scott and lynn brought fried chicken along some of the rides

i wised up and brought a pastrami sandwich out the day after... cold pizza and a nice cold beer would be perfect at the south fork rest stop

I brought cold pizza once on that ride, but broke it out too early, when we still had a few miles to climb...that took a while to digest. At the south fork would have been better.

What is the meet time?
I am in for the p/o loop as Tom has suggested.

Not much room to park there. I just park down at the bottom where the bridge at Middle Cantrol and Seven Oaks meet. Coast down the fireroad at the end of the ride. When I ride the SART alone I always start at the bottom and climb Middle Control to get it out of the way.

Also if someome wants to bail at Glass Road they can ride the pavement on Seven Oaks Road back to the bridge.

I'm really supposed to be training for a big ride I have coming up, but I haven't rode SART in months. I'll more then likely play hookey on my training and jump in here.

Doug, I'll be coming up from SD, so I'll be taking the 15. Where is a good spot to meet up?

This ride, while not technical in nature is far removed and has alot of exposure. Be prepared for fun/quick paced singletrack with do or die exposure that can easily claim a bike.
Bring plenty of water, food, and bike supplies.
I want to keep a pace that wont get us home at 8pm.
