Default Fully Loop 5-10-07 6:45pm

Sounds like this is a regular event now!
Thought I'd start the thread and see who is coming.
6:30pm to 6:45pm meet time and casual pace, bring some lights and Schecky don't forget the Crown
See you there!

Well, if you're from Riverside, the rules are a little different.

Then you have to wear some denim cut-off shorts, a wifebeater, and you need a can of Pabst Blue Ribbon in the water bottle cage.

...rat tails or mullets hanging out from helmets get bonus style points!

Sweeeeeet! Altho its a shame to have to start at 6.45 as you need lights unless you cane it round the loop.

Would you prefer later?
Many of us can't get there until that time.

I hope to be there! But unless my knee stops hurting soon, I may be riding a squishy gearie.

Work permitting, I'll be there again and continue my ownership of the "Back-of-the-Pack".

I got back from my son's water polo tournament in San Diego in time for an evening loop yesterday. I left the courthouse around 6:15 and all was well.

I did see some weird stuff up above Gus Grissom park. You hit the top of the park, climb up the roots on the left, cross the street, a short left-hand climb and you're at the eucalyptus row. Someone had placed about thirty small votive-style candles in the middle of the path over a 100-foot long stretch. Every one I looked at had been lit at some time. That would be a real bad flash point with all the brush.

Someone setting up a Burdman memorial?

But of course I'm in--someone has to keep Clyde bathed in that healthy halogen glow, after all.

After, how 'bout we hit the Ship for a change?
