Hey y'all,

Haven't been on my bike in MONTHS and I really need some extrinsic motivation. Looking at doing something local (OC area) on Tuesday as I have the day off and no good excuses why I shouldn't spend some of the day riding.

I'm outta shape so it's not gonna be a race pace...anyone else feel like some fun/casual wheeling? Lemme know!

...but I can also ride Monday PM. 7:00 is fine. However, my lights are out of commission. Do you think we'll need em? I haven't noticed what time it's been getting dark. If you have a spare light, lemme know. Did you want to do Aliso on Monday?

good riding with ya sean...even tho you may be the biggest freakin sand bagger in Orange County... you killed that steep ass climb to get to sage scrub when rodel and myself just did the lazy guy thing and hiked it

I would have caught you guys in the lower part of the park but I got distracted err... caught behind a couple super fit ladies riding out the park.

Didn't mean to sandbag...lol!!! Trust me, I was hurting! But after being off the bike 6 full months and fighting the worst traffic EVER to get there, I figured why not push myself a little? It felt good after I got my heart rate in check!

I got up Mustard OK, but I got passed by 2 ppl. My legs felt great but I had to climb in granny mode so my heart didn't pound its way out of my chest!!! I'm OK in the strength dept., but man my cardio is nowhere near where it used to be!

I should be around this weekend...what rides did you have your eyes on Saturday? PM me!
