For the most part. If there's anyone at the front gate, just let them know you're out there to ride the course for an hour or so. We've gone in and had no one be there, and we've gone in and had someone be there. We've never been charged, but I believe they do charge sometimes.

I tried calling about a year and a half ago and couldn't really get anyone that knew anything about the trails.

Just go park up the hill left of the activity's area and the course starts near there.
