keith, do noble doood! i've only... *gasp* shuttled it, but it was a fun ride and certainly left more to be desired ride length wise. The Tour de Noble should surely be the epic ride that it is said to be.

Thumbs up

I may be in on this also.

I'm on vacation that week, and I was going to go to Fruita, but it looks like that plan is falling thru.
Lacey has not said whether she wants to race at the Firestone race yet, so if she doesn't I may be in.

Well, my 25 mile, 3,600' ride on Saturday was the most ever for me. I've done 34 miles before, but that only had like 1,200' of climbing. So, this Noble loop is still about 1,000' more than I've ever done. But, I too am up for a challenge. I'll be on my Reign as well, so I'll be in the back of the pack with you

My Reign isn't quite 33 lbs, but it's close.

Besides, I doubt you run 220 lbs like I do

Still, 220 is better than the 270 I was haulin' around last year.

That just means you have *that* much power behind you

Good job!! Hubby went from about 235 to 190 since we've been riding!

I've got plenty of available time coming up so Noble should be good to go pretty much anytime people are free. Vegas will be too hot??! I figured it would go something like this: Arrive friday night. Up early and get a ride in, cat nap in the afternoon, early evening ride then gamble and drink the night away! Wake up Sunday morning why I gambled the quad Ti pedals away on the roulette table.

You do know that there aren't trails right off the strip, right?

WHAT?! Man, Vegas sucks! .......although if we took the road bikes then did shots between runs down the strip?
We could also do some sweet huckage down the steps of Caesers Palace tho right?!

Default Vegas riding is dangerous

Vegas people don't even like other people driving in their streets. My mom lives out their and it is crazy driving out their, Be careful and stay on the trails.

Ahhhh mesquite Wow, Hot! I stayed out their once on my way to Lake Powell and Mesquite seems to be about 10 degrees hotter than Vegas. If you stay in Mesquite stay at the Oasis hotel and casino. The rooms were cheap and clean. They even have a little mini waterpark with slides at their pool.

That all sounds pretty good to me - I'll need my beauty sleep but yeah sounds like one long blast of riding and driving. No idea where Gooseberry Mesa is though!

Check out Justin's thread about the Memorial Day SW US trip! I put a site in there with additional info.

I tell you what: Once I ride up Noble with Allison and Mech, I will know the entire route. I've ridden BLT and down Noble many times, so I know the area.

I can lead another group ride on 5/5 for those that can't make the 4/28.

Let me know if you're interested, so I can break it to my wife that I'll be gone 2 Saturday's in a row

Count me in for the 5th also. I might try and make it both weekends in possible.
