Default **Cancelled** Camping Trip # 2!! Come One, Come All!!

We did this last year and it was a big success and lots of fun!!
February 26th & 27th
A Friday & Saturday & leave Sunday
Sycamore Canyon State Park/Pt. Mugu

I thought it would be really fun to do an overnight camping trip to Sycamore canyon in Ventura.
This is a great park and has quite a bit to offer

It's right on the Ocean
It's extremely kid and family friendly
It has a huge variety of very fun trails
It has easy single track for the kids
It has harder and more technical trails for the big kids
It has hiking
It has showers
It has a trail system that allows you to do 5 miles or 30
It has incredible road riding off PCH
It has surf fishing
It has surfing

I thought it would be fun to put this together and get the STR gang over to the Santa Monica mountains. You guys will love it!! It'll be fun to get the group together for this and just ride and have some fun!
It's a very popular place so if you want to do this, consider reserving soon!
I'm in!
Think about it!
Rain will cancel!

It's under calender, RSVP Feb. 26th
I don't know how to load it on this page.

To go is free, to camp you'll have to check with the Reserve

Had a great time last year. Very fun spot to camp and good for the whole family. And the showers were the warmest camp showers I've ever been in.

Just watch out for Liz throwing rocks!

Does that location have camping with trailers? Looks like a fun trip and I would be interested but my wife and kids would want to bring the trailer.

Question Wont You be my Neighbor

Too luxurious for my budget at the moment, but you can have a max of 8 heads and 3 cars per site if anybody want's to split the difference.

Everyone needs to pack extra food because Liz doesn't bring any. She just follows the scents from site to site at dinnertime to "socialize".

Yeah, I just follow behind her getting whatever is left. Still get pretty darn full. That women knows how to beg.
She also has those great puppy dog eyes when she needs them.
