El Moro Assistance
Im planning on taking out 2 buddies to El Moro on Sunday @ 8:00am.
The problem is is ive only been to El Moro a couple times and am not totally comfortable leading the guys. We will have a GPS unit so if someone has a route around 8-10 miles that starts at the Ridge Park entrance. I checked geoladders but everything started from the pay parking. Thanks for your help.

I would be more than happy to show you guys around if I did not already have another ride scheduled at the same time. Come join us in Aliso if you want, see Single Speeders to Aliso/Wood Canyon Sunday 8am
I am free the following Saturday to show you guys around. Or stop by a bike shop and pickup Franco's map of the area. Last time I was in the ranger station El Moro's parking lot they were selling them. Dean

Someone needs to put BVD on a map.
If you leave from Ridge Park, make a right onto the fire road and head out, the fire road takes you to the ranger's station/main/paid parking. Then you don't need us to direct you

Riders on the solar storm

I'm down for Sunday morning. I'd have to ride up from the parking lot to meet you though since I am required by the wife to keep nearby on a short leash. I know it like the back of my hand so we'll have some fun!
If I don't make it, use my 9.9 mile route below but start at waypoint #12, mile 6.3, that's Ridge Park. Geoladders -- OR...ride this 11.1 mile route starting from waypoint #19, 6.21 Miles which is Ridge Park. It's so much more fun and techincal than the above route. Geoladders -- Have Fun! see you there? Check out my personal routes on Geoladders if you need some ideas. I have tons of El Moro!
