Mt. Lowe; Sunday, December 17th

Who: Non-beginner XC Mountain Bikers

What: MT. Lowe Loop;
Climbing: via Lower Sam Merrill/Chaney Trail,
Descending: Upper Sam Merrill (yet to be determined), Middle Sam Merrill, Sunset Ridge Trail, & El Prieto. approx ~28 miles for the loop, ~14 for the Shuttle run if you so desire to just descend.

Where: Meet at JPL parking lot off Windsor Ave. Pasadena. Ready to ride @ 8:00 am

When: Sunday, December 17th 2006 @ 8 am

**** Be advised this is a technical ride with options to take easier routes down to Sunset Ridge Trail.

**** Please bring adequate gear, food, and hydration.

**** this ride is rain or shine. if it rains the ride will be modified slightly

I can't make it, it is the same day and time as STR's Swap Meet then Fully Loop Ride. I need to sell my stuff, the itch to build a new bike is severe.

having a day off for riding is something i rarely have now. i've been working 2 jobs for the past few months so i have to take advantage of any free time i have.

I was up for this ride when Tom brought it up, but I forgot about the swap meet. I said I'd attend that first, so I will. After all it's not everyday I get to ride the Fully Loop.

I heard a rumor Steven Jackson was going to be there. If he shows there was also a chance of Hans Rey and Brian Lopes coming along. Cedric Gracia, is a little worried about being shown up, so he may not show.

I got a solid gold one and a titanium one. The solid gold one might be out of your price range, but i might be able to make something work for a fellow STR member. The titaniumm one is great for in the wind. My bike never blew over with that thing on!

Now, if you've got some bar ends made out of unobtanium, you've got a deal.

Oh, and back on topic, I want to ride this and since I don't have any motherflocking money at all this Xmas, I don't want to go to the motherflocking swapmeet and see all those golldurned parts just laying there and all you lucky bastiches buying shite for your new bikes and stuff. Plus, I'm not hardcore enough to ride the mighty loop yet. I'm still only an intermediate rider.

EMB, I gotta get back to you on this. I might not be able to go, depending on scheduling.

I'm pretty sure he means the book. Last time I was at Jensons I asked if he was in at work and I was told no, he took the day off to go watch the notebook because he had some built up emotions he had to let out. lol

I thought I go to the swap meet to hang out, look around for intresting items, and do the loop. Then I realized I might have some stuff to sell. I do have two wireless "Supergo" brand computer both are new. I couldn't use them and I couldn't return them cause there's no more Supergo. I'll dig through my garage for anything else I can think of to get rid of.
