I'm going to ride there this weekend for the first time...can I get some ideas of which trails to ride and in which order...and any other things I should look out for or tips....I'm on the stong side of an intermediate rider...thx

Shinken And I were looking at hitting it this weekend too. I was hoping to do the Geoladder route but am up for just about anything there I just want to redo my ride from last december (Minus the chopper ride)

The Geoladder site has them starting on 7th street on the opposite side of Turnbull, but this si eaisier for me comming from the LBC.

P.S. [Weather Permiting] What sign is the deal killer, heavy clouds Sat AM with drizzel? -or- are we only quitting on a constant rain?

No GO if it's raining when we are loading up the truck or rained all nite before....if it starts after we start riding we'll decide to continue or head back on how hard it's raining....I don't melt in rain but don't want to ruin the trails....I'll prolly park on the same side...coming from Fullerton....

I'll Plan on 8 ish as well and I'll park on Beverly I drive a Gold Dodge Intrepid and ride a subaru blue Trek Liquid. I get the call on the rain; I'll check here friday night too. If I'm a no go based on rain I'll try and post that friday night.

I'm down to 50/50....I was riding the loop tonight and I dislocated my finger and the tissue holding the tendon on the knuckle tore....my finger got caught on a fence post right before the golf course jumps....right now I can't bend my hand enough to grip the bar...we'll see....my friends are still planning on going still...

Looks like Shu may be out on account of injury and I'm fine with taking time, I'd like to try and remember anything I can about the place. I was planning on 8 ish but I'll hold till 8:30/:45 for you, besides if no one shows up I won't ride alone.

Out 100% I have to see a hand specialist and may need surgery to fix the tendon....not to mention they found a break in my hand from a year+ ago that never healed(docs are more concerned w/ that)...the original xrays showed no break but it looks like they mis read them the fist time around b/c even I can see it now...looks like I wil be off my bike from 1-3 months....atleast it's winter..now I'm praying for a wet one...hahaah

My friends would be in silver F150 and both ride Hecklers 1 black and 1 pea grean
