I just checked the long-range weather forecast. Good news: no rain
Not as good news: It will be hot in Tucson and Tempe

Tucson Thursday: 90*
Tempe Friday: 92*
Tempe Saturday: 90*
Tempe Sunday: 88*
Sedona Saturday: 81*
Prescott Sunday: 73*

Nothing some ice cubes in the Camelbak won't fix.

Also - Jose and Digg's - I hope you guys are running Stans or Slime tubes for Tucson. It will be a long day otherwise.

I'll double quote Craig here. I left Tempe yesterday and it was getting hot in this past week. When I left Friday at noon it was 92.

I remember last year in Tucson people were stopping 5 minutes into the ride to change flats. No fun!!

BTW Craig. My bike is good to go The Bike Co took care of me today!!

Talked to my Sister in Prescott today, she said it was high 70's and very pleasant. But Prescott stays 10-20 degrees cooler than PHX. Even if it gets warmer during the day in Sedona, it will be cold in the AM.

The Path has Continenal Light Tubes with removable stem cores. Let me know if any one wants me to Stan's their tubes. Mucho lighter than the Slime Tubes.

Craig it's getting hotter! Long range forcast calls for 95 degrees Friday in PHX. If that is true it will be a slow day for this fat old man. Bring your sunscreen those vents in your new hemet are very large.

Prescott may be the better call for Sunday. Trail 305 is mostly in the forest. The record temperature for Prescott on March 18th is 77 degrees in 1939. They say the next weeks heat wave may break it.

Check out Yahoo groups or MTBR Arizona Board. Due to the heat wave ride start times have been moved up.
