Rock and Road cyclery puts on an annual ride up harding on Thanksgiving. Coffee, Hot Chocalate and snacks at four corners. I'll be going down Joplin after a break at four corners. Call if interested or look for black F150 near STT trailhead around 6:45.

I'll be up there, but starting at the Bird Sanctuary. I'll be on the Black Titus (pics still pending on my newest love--I call it Bruiser cause it's black and blue and I ride that kind of way)

It was another fine Turkey day ride from Rock & Road. Did a personal best up Harding chasing the guys from the Geoladders race team. 1hr 32 to the gate .
Bagels, pastries and coffee were top quality and there were almost 100 people up there! Everyone seemed to be heading down to their lunches pretty quick but I had no Turkey waiting so headed off along the main divide until I hit motorway and headed down that sweet singletrack and stopped for a break. 30mins later I wished I'd eaten more than jsut half a PB&J bagel at 4 corners and hadnt given a large chunk of my cliff bar to a friendly squirrel. Maple Springs back up to 4 corners was a painful grind (Flashbacks of the last STR CC training ride!) after giving it everything up Harding earlier on. The Harding descent was superfast with a clean line almost all the way down - fast times

Nice pics Keith. Thanks. That was a good morning. I had chain problems at the bottom of Harding that held me up for a while . Luckily I started early. I went on to do Joplin with granny ring and had a blast. I was wishing I had a camera since it was my first time doing this annual turkey day ride.
