Default Blackstar/Motorway Sunday Nov. 12th

Meet at 8am right off of silverado rd on Blackstar (according to Keith). Up Blackstar and down Motorway. Does that time work for you? Or 7:30?

I might elect to also go up Maple Springs to 4 corners, but that's just an extra credit option.

If you're coming and asked for shirt(s) post here so I'll make sure to have your size.

Cool George, 1 girl's Med and 1 boy's Lg. We're gonna park at the end of Silverado so that if we decide to go up Maple Springs, we'll refuel at the car. We'll meet you guys at elected site, Blackstar + Silverado.

Hey annie, do you and Andy mind stopping by and picking up some water from me on your way up Silverado? It'd be nice to refuel the water and not have to carry so much to the motorway. I can get there early since you two need time to get ready and ride down silverado.

I'm in - 1 Medium.

If I make it to Four Corners I'm thinking of taking Main Divide back to the top of Silverado Trail - two descents in one day. Only one more mile than just turning around.

Default 7:30am or 8:00am?

Do you guys think 8:00 is good or shall we meet earlier at 7:30am? High's are supposed to be in the low 70's I think.

Chapman turns into Santiago Canyon Rd. Take that then make a left on Silverado Canyon Rd.

Unfortunately, I can't make the ride.

The parking area right after you turn onto Silverado (where the arrow is on the map) was recentely fenced off.

Last weekend we did Motorway 2X and parked at the bottom of Maple Springs. This is nice because it's easier for someone to stop after the BS/MW loop once you get to the bottom of MW. You can also refuel at the parking lot before you head up Maple Springs. It's nice to get that road portion done early instead of at the end of the ride too.

Have fun!

Hmm, 10 or 60 East, 57 South, 91 East, 55 South exit on Katella Ave. Turn Left follow it till ends at Jamboree, turn right. The next light is Santiago/Chapman, make a left and drive till Silverado and turn left. Park at the intersection of Silverado and Blackstar, when you make that left at Silverado, it's right there. You'll see a dirt lot to your right. Lost yet?

You can't park on the lot on the right. Turn immediately left on Blackstar and park on the side of the road near the intersection. I think George should bring a bob trailer full of ice cold beer
