Default Which chair lifts in Mammoth are running bikes up?

Is chair 15 running?

You have 4 options to get up the hill at Mammoth.

  1. The Gondola. From the main lodge to mid-mtn or opt to take it to the top.
  2. The shuttle from the Village to main lodge
  3. Chair 2 (Stump Alley Express) runs bikes from the bottom of stump alley to mid-mountain. It's usually only open on the busiest of weekends.
  4. Pedal yourself up.
Right now only options #1, #2 and #4 are open.

I'm there the 6th through the 10th then to Tahoe for four days and then back to mammoth for 2 more.( heaven)

Some friends and I are planning a trip next weekend.
What's a good shop to rent a nice DH bike?

i talked w/bobby & beau. unfortunately you cannot reserve a bike, first come/first served. the bike i'm interested in is the ONLY one left in this make/model/size... i hope we get there early enough fri eve or sat a.m.!!!
