Hey all,
I am shuttling Noble Canyon this Saturday, 10/28 at 9AM. My buds and I plan on doing 2 runs.

We are also planning a big group shuttle ride there on the Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend as well.

If anyone is interested, let me know.

shuttling as in DH shuttle?? If so I am definetly down. Where is this noble canyon probably far from me.

Noble is East of San Diego. Even though it's a shuttle, there's still some climbing involved.

Ya, there is a little climbing. About 400-500 verticle feet or so, but nothing that can't be grunted through or pushed (if you are on a DH sled). Downhill is about 2,500 verticle feet in 10 miles. Buffed and flowy at the beginning and rocky and techy in areas towards the end.

I am just getting back into mtb after I broke may collarbone 4 years ago. What does "shuttle" mean?

Means you park a car at the bottom, and take addtional cars and drive to the top. When you get to the bottom, you have a car to take you back to the top where you left the other car.

I am going to ride Noble this Thursday, I have work in San Diego that day and should get to the lower trailhead by 11am.

Shannon, Bruce and I think we are also going down on Saturday.

Too far?!?!? Once you ride this trail, you will never say that again. Definately my #1 trail I've ever ridden for sheer fun!!!

OK, my wife informed me we have plans on Saturday

(but I can get out of it if I have to)....Sunday would be better for me, if that works for anyone?? Let me know. Sorry to be a flake here

I can't do this weekend but that shuttle run before Turkey day sounds fun.

My Thursday work in San Diego has been changed to Friday, so I plan on Noble this Friday and Sunday.

Cool. Can you guys be there by 8:30?? The earlier the better for me, but I know you are coming fom far away, so 9:00 works too.

As far as meeting at the bottom, I usually park at the actual trailhead.
