Default Any Labor Day Rides?

Doesn't seem like any local rides are being planned. I've been wanting to ride down in OC (Aliso, El Moro) or Del Cerro since I've never riden either of these. Any suggestions and anyone want to play tour guide?

We're doing the Noble Canyon experience.
Start at bottom lot climbing xtra credit up to Pine Valley rd.
Up Pine Valley to Indian Creek to BLT, then back down Noble
30mi. of painfull bliss
Be at the lot at 8:30
BYOB and a monster burger afterwards

Edit: "Hang with the big boys" is meant as an invitation to everyone

I'll ride any trail down there; T&A, stair steps, 5 oaks. I'll let you decide the time and place.

Eric you are more than welcome to join, but it would be a major drive for you to get to Laguna Beach.

We are getting to the time of year that things are cooling down and I will be coming your direction to the Santa Monicas.

I'd like to ride somewhere in Aliso/Laguna. Temps will be nice and cool. Not sure which trail/trails yet, Dean is going to be our guide so we'll play it by ear. Anyone going down there from the 626/909, let's meet at Incycle at 7am and carpool/caravan down to OC.

Dean, where is the meeting place going to be so others from the area can join?

We can ride El Moro/Laguna Wilderness Park and park on Ridge Park Road (Newport Beach) or ride Aliso/Wood Canyon and park at Canyon Vistas (Aliso Viejo).

Tell me what park and what time...we can agree on what trails to ride when we all get there. This Am, I replaced my rear brake pads on the SS so I am ready to go, I hope they don't make noise, I love my Juicys 7s but they are a pain to keep quite. The temp diferences between the two parks will not be much. Even though it is in the 70"s on the coast those canyons start to get toasty by 11am.

You will need Google Earth installed on your computer to view.

I'll be there. 7am.

And, if I have a vote, I'd vote for El Moro as I've been wanting to check that out and I rode Aliso once. Aliso *was* fun, though. So, either way, it'll be a good time.

I vote for Aliso since there was a ride at El Moro this morning. Let's meet at Canyon Vistas ready to ride by 8am.

I am riding my rigid singlespeed, 32X20 29 inch wheels. I used to be able to climb Cholla on my 32x22...I think I am less motovated lately and have been walking part of it.

Glen, it looks like next time. Temerature in Laguna at 2pm, 86 degrees, although there is a nice cool breeze.
