I got an idea for all the roadies....How about sunday we do a ride...start at the 91/71 interchange (not really, but around there) I forget the name of the exit, but it's by that golf course where the Santa Ana River Trail is where everyone starts. Ride down to Huntington Beach and back. 60 miles. We could take turns leading and finish the ride in 3 hours.

I believe you're talking about Green River exit/golf course. When we gonna have time to sample tacos and beers? I think the idea Dirty has is good, meant to break out of routine, somptin different idonno

Hey Khai how's it going, haven't seen you at Marshall Cyn in awhile. I've also done that ride (w/lycra) Let's plan it for a future ride.

Haha, yeah, that's all I wear when I do the road rides, especially to the beach. We usually stop at the beach for a while and pick up ladies. Those rich girls down by the beach love the lycra shorts

Ey cathy, sure! mike always schedules this one. Usually its either beach ride, sometimes century to seal beach or gmr to mt baldy. All is fun, should be a good run. i don't wear lycra btw, i wear my spandex and speedo's

Sounds good....Sunday ride to the beach, whatever pace you guys want, we can ride up the boardwalk and check out all the roller blading girls and then if anyone wants to get food somewhere down there they can and us poor guys can just have some clif bars and some power bars...then ride back...speedos are a good idea, then we can go swim with the sharks

I'm in for the taco ride. Now, I just have to decide if I should beg my wife to drop me in Chino or if I should ride from home. It's 24 miles and mostly downhill. I think I could leave by 8am and get there by 9:30.

No, I got a route from BikeMetro.com that has me going a different way.

This attachment should show the route I'm taking. I printed it from that site. Check it out, see what you think.TDT commute.pdf

Talking Taco Ride

Hey Glen, We were thinking of shuttling to Chino Hills, if you want to join us, we will make room for you. Then you can ride your bike home from Rancho Cucamonga area. That might work for you.

I looking forward to riding behind all the lycra on this ride ...um well mostly becuz I'll need to draft behind all you wheely wheely fast guys . But I will do my part and pull for part of the ride.

This should be fun!

(Ride 2 Live, I haven't heard you chime in yet, are you in?) Sharky, Franky you can meet us for tacos and beers at the last stop. Jose, we can hook you up with a bike/lycra if you are up for a change of pace??

How about some of you OC guys?? Make this one and next time we'll plan "Tour de Hooters"??
