Default Tour of RSM route

I dont know if this belongs here but I just wanted to ask if anyone has run the Tour of RSM route on Geoladders? This is right behind my house and wanted to get some thoughts. One reason i am asking if I have a friend that lives basically on part of this route and I could swear the last time I saw that bath it was so overgrown you would need a machete to get through it.

Last time I rode it was maybe April. I like the Arroyo Trabuco and Tijeras Creek, great place to take nooobies to get them used to loose rocks, sand and water crossings. Was not overgrown when I was there but there are sections that can get very jungle like. It is a overlooked ride that can be very fun.

I have riden the Arroyo Trabuco from O'Neal Park to Highway 5/ Capistrano Beach and back....there are some steep climbs near Capo Beach.

Its not that bad of a trail, i do a similar loop, but instead of crossing the dry creekbed i enter O'neill and do the Live Oak loop, takes out some of the road riding.

I rode it a couple of months ago. It was a little overgrown by the creek otherwise, mostly boring.

I have rode this starting from Ladera Ranch. Some of those climbs are really steep. Still, I always love the idea of riding to the beach.
