Hey JimN, how's it going? If anybody know about the McGill it's Jim. I'm about 50% for this ride as I'm trying to get out of some painting I promised to do.BLAH!

Hey, Mike! Doing pretty good, thanks. The wife and I might make it up for this ride, although we usually start farther down toward Lake of the Woods. Here's hoping that you can get out of that painting task.

It was brought to my attention that there was a fire (Mt Pinos Lighting Complex) in that area. I called the Forest Service and yes the fire is 95% contained; it was closer to Frazier Park than Mt. Pinos. So McGill is open and access to trailhead is clear.

Thanks Jerry
