Default Tunnel / Cold Springs in Santa Barbara

I've only ridden them once and that was a few years ago. I feel the need to get my rock fix and what a better place to do it.

Would anyone else be up for it sometime? It's a shuttle trail but even still, you will be tired by the time you get to the bottom. After that a trip down Cold Springs and then get some chow on State St.
To ride these trails you will need to put some kind of bell on your bike.

I seem to work most weekends but I do have this Sunday open.
I have a good shuttle truck be we'll need someone else to drive also.

So what do you think? Anyone up for some different dirt (and rocks)??

Hey, don't blame me, I watched Winston's videos and it got me all fired up!

Hey SpookyD,
I'd be willing to shuttle with you sometime, but this weekend is a no go. Perhaps another time. This would be an ALL day thing yeah? I've never been to SB so don't know how long of a drive that would be with SoCal traffic and all, but I'm assuming like a 12-13hr day trip?

Winston has some great vids.

Default I'm down

I'd love to hit up Tunnel. I could more effectively harm myself there then at Del Cerro.

yeah, you are about right on your timelines. Traffic won't be bad on the weekend. It's a long day for sure. But worth doing and I wish I could do it more often.

I just tossed this weekend out there because I know I have sunday open. But if that does not work out then what the heck. Lets plan on another time.
